This past month marked my final use of the Draeger Interlock Ignition device that you installed, serviced, and removed. I write to thank you for your expertise and your professional attention to my situation. If the device was more traditional consumer product, I would recommend it to a friend. In fact, I do wholeheartedly recommend Block Communications. I found  the interlock device to be accurate and in perfect operation through my 12-month use. There was no unexpected issues that Chad and I did not discuss before the installation. I am a sales representative who drove 32,000 miles with the device. Through this 12-month time I can call ignition interlock no more than a mere incovenience. I certainly have benefitted from its use. As a parent, it seems to me the next vital auto-accessory for teen drivers and I will certainly examine the option once my children reach driving age. Dear Chad & Block Communications, I made a real bad mistake back in January which put me in need for your services of an Interlock. I just wanted you to know that in the midst of frustration, embarrassment, fines, and significant financial burden associated with my mistake, you folks were just amazing. The installation of the equipment was simple. By the time I walked over for a coffee and donut, it was done. You explained exactly what I should do and what I should expect and what is necessary for a smooth 1 year experience with this equipment. The regular scheduled visits where clearly marked - along with the Interlock’s auto-alarmed reminder as well. I do not recall a vist date that I did not call and make an hour sooner or the day before or after, and everytime I called to change the date I was greeted by you with “No problem Jim, that will be fine”. The equipment never failed and I never failed the equipment. It was flawless 1 year with you folks and I just wanted you to know that I appreciate it and will recommend you guys to anyone.
